BIOINF703 Genome Informatics & Systems Biology

 

Welcome to BIOINF703 for 2019!

This course will cover a very fast-moving and diverse area of biological research. We will cover topics at the interface of computing and biology, including genome biology, molecular and evolutionary modelling, and emerging areas such as synthetic biology.

The course will be a mix of lectures, readings from the current research literature, and hands-on sessions in a computer lab.
