Course syllabus

GREEK 707 A/B is a year-long course that offers intensive study of literary works by selected ancient Greek authors in the original language, with due attention to the scholarly record of interpretative analysis.

In the first semester, the work studied will be Xenophon's Anabasis, under the direction of Professor Matthew Trundle.

In the second semester, selected Greek tragedies will be studied under the direction of Associate Professor Anne Mackay.

This course is open only to students who have qualified for study of ancient Greek at the post-graduate level.
